Chef Machon has over 20 years of experience as a chef and applies his southern twang to his gourmet dishes. Chef Machon is from Savannah, Georgia where he honed his southern cooking style by taking a liking to the kitchen at a very young age. Through a family of great chefs including his father, mother, and grandmother-he developed a homestyle culinary expertise. He went on to attain a Degree in Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Atlanta where he developed his professional skills. He has managed kitchens since he was 17 years old and continues to inspire other chefs around him to dream bigger and do more!
